Saddle House Organic Coffee ships to US addresses only.

We offer several convenient ways for you to place your order:

Order and pay online with Paypal

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment via Paypal!

To order online using our secure shopping cart simply click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase. To adjust quantities, enter the new quantity and click "RECALCULATE" at the bottom of the page. Enter your zip code and click "Add shipping" to calculate the shipping charges. Choose USPS Priority for orders 1-8 pounds. Choose UPS Ground for orders 9+ pounds. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase in your cart, click on "GO TO PAYMENTS" and follow the directions on the forms. Your order will be confirmed by email.

Checks and money orders are accepted if you will be mailing your order. Allow for bank clearance before your order is roasted and shipped.

To pay via Paypal for any previously agreed upon amount, click on the button below. This will open a Paypal window, follow the prompts to complete your payment.


Shipping for one set of samples is $8.40
Shipping for 1 to 7 lbs is $13.45
Shipping for 8 pounds is $18.75
Orders of 9 pounds and above are shipped UPS Ground.


Return Policy: These coffees are custom roasted, we suggest trying samples before ordering. We do not receive returns based on preference but if the order is damaged or defective, you will need to contact us within three days of receiving it. You will need to save all of the contents and box to return for inspection. For a refund or an exchange, at least 80% of opened product will need to be returned. After contacting us, you will need to ship damaged/defective order back out within three business days from that contact date. After evaluation of the returned order, we will refund you or send a new product. Shipping fees are non refundable.
